Harbor House on Eastern Ave is one of my favorite dispensaries other than happy Valley. They both are very good dispensaries as far as dispensary, quality and I choose for ice hash rosin due to their packaging is one of my favorites you have to buy the ice hash rosin to see what I’m talking about for the concentrate packaging is quality down to how they lay the dab in the casing
